Key Responsibilities
- Manage Asia-based TPP supplier portfolio for competitiveness and sustainable performance
- Analyze supplier performance using business and operational metrics to identify underperformance root causes
- Negotiate and improve commercial and payment terms with suppliers
- Oversee API feed integrations and configurations, escalating complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Technical, Product, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve supplier challenges
- Prioritize suppliers and initiatives based on business impact, managing low-performing partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supplier management, account management, partnerships or similar role in travel or hospitality
- Experience managing external partners, negotiating commercial terms and driving supplier performance
- Comfortable working with business and operational metrics, identifying root causes and turning data into actionable improvements
- Familiarity with API integrations and ability to understand and resolve complex technical issues with relevant teams
- Confident working cross-functionally with Technical, Product, Finance, Customer Support and other teams
