The Technical Solutions Consultant (Technical Pre-sales) leads all technical discussions with the prospect IT/InfoSec/Technical Architecture personnel. The Technical SC is responsible for translating customer requirements and questions around key technical topics including platform, clients, authentication/authorization, security, backup and business continuity, data integration, penetration tests and security certifications with the goal of addressing all questions and concerns to quickly gain IT approval and allow the sales team to move ahead with the business champion and/or procurement process. These responses will include RFI/RFP/InfoSec responses, prospect meetings and on-site workshops.
