As a Talent Sourcer for GTM at Pigment, you will identify and engage top talent for sales, marketing, and customer success roles. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines for a 6-month contract supporting global GTM growth. Your work will directly contribute to scaling Pigment’s go-to-market teams across international offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for GTM roles including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Engage passive talent through targeted outreach and networking
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen candidates and coordinate initial outreach with recruiting team
- Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health
Requirements
- Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Familiarity with GTM roles and what makes candidates successful in sales/marketing
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
