Key Responsibilities
- Mengawasi dan mengendalikan operasional produksi untuk memastikan target tercapai
- Mengelola manpower dan memantau produktivitas, OEE, waste, reject, dan downtime
- Memastikan penerapan GMP, HACCP, K3, dan 5R/5S
- Memimpin dan mengoordinasikan tim produksi
- Melakukan analisis permasalahan dan menetapkan tindakan perbaikan
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Industri, Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Mesin, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di industri FMCG/manufaktur
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor, Section Head, atau posisi setara
