Manage site activation processes to ensure timely clinical trial start-up
As a Site Activation Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end process of activating clinical trial sites, including coordinating with investigators, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track timelines, resolve issues, and support successful study initiation. Your role is critical in enabling timely patient enrollment and study execution across global trial sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site activation activities including feasibility assessments and site selection
- Manage regulatory documentation and ethics submissions for trial sites

- Support training and preparation of site personnel for study conduct
Requirements
- Experience in clinical trial site management or activation
- Knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a global, remote team environment
