As Senior Talent Acquisition at Ajaib, you will build world-class talent pipelines to support the company's mission of assembling world-class talent for world-class products. You will work within a fully remote arrangement, collaborating with teams across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. Your role focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent to enable product development and company growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Ability to source candidates across diverse geographic regions
- Experience working in fully remote or distributed teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of tech industry hiring needs and talent markets
