Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans and lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals. Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics while driving cross-functional initiatives within the planning function. Coach and guide middle and junior-level planners and deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership.

- 3+ years in digital media planning

- Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems
- Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations
- English proficiency: B2–C2
