WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Discover and Define: Develop the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for your area, spending time with customers to identify high-impact problems and opportunities that can be solved at scale - Risk and Delivery: Bring a strong understanding of customer needs, commercial considerations and business constraints to your team, giving them the context and autonomy to deliver effective solutions and measurable impact - Stakeholder management: Use customer insight, data and clear reasoning to influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders and executives, building alignment around priorities, trade-offs and desired outcomes And a little bit of.... - Contributing to a strong Product team by sharing your knowledge, supporting other Product Managers and looking beyond your immediate product area to help improve how the wider organisation operates - Building strong retailer advocacy, increasing retailer empathy and understanding throughout Lightspeed WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: - Experience owning a complex technology product or product area with a high degree of autonomy, including developing product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps - Proven experience collaborating effectively with engineers, designers and company leaders, and creating clarity around the problems the team is solving - Ability to balance customer, commercial and technical considerations, make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations and assess the trade-offs involved - Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured and data-informed recommendations in both written and verbal form We know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
