Develop and implement HR strategies to support VRChat's global growth
Contribute to VRChat's mission of shaping the metaverse by leading HR initiatives. Manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development to foster a high-performing, diverse team across the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top VR and gaming industry talent

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably in a tech or gaming company
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and labor laws
- Experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools
