Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes for APAC clients
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws during employee transitions
• Coordinate internal transfers and role changes across APAC regions
• Support clients with accurate documentation and timely execution of lifecycle events
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to resolve transition-related issues
• Maintain records and track metrics for employee lifecycle activities

Requirements

• Experience in employee relations or HR operations
• Knowledge of APAC employment regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple lifecycle processes simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with HRIS or global employment platforms
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
