Mobility Specialist - APAC

Key Responsibilities

• Advise APAC clients on country-specific hiring requirements and compliance
• Support visa and work authorization processes for international hires
• Assist with setting up compliant payroll and benefits in local jurisdictions
• Coordinate with legal and tax teams to address cross-border employment issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulatory changes
• Document processes and client interactions to ensure service consistency

Requirements

• Experience in global mobility, HR, or international employment compliance
• Familiarity with APAC country-specific labor regulations and visa frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple client cases with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for advising clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using HRIS or global employment platforms
• Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, global team
