Own and drive the game's vision, strategy, and roadmap for a casual game on Facebook Instant. Design and evolve gameplay, progression, LiveOps, and monetization features to improve engagement and business performance. Lead and mentor a small team while collaborating with designers, artists, engineers, BI, and UA to deliver high-quality features from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the game's vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Design and evolve gameplay, progression, LiveOps, and monetization features
- Prioritize the roadmap based on player impact, business value, and development effort
- Analyze player behavior, market trends, and A/B test results to make data-driven decisions
- Lead and mentor a small team while fostering a strong product culture
- Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, Engineers, BI, and UA to deliver features from concept to launch
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Game Production, Product Management, or Game Design for free-to-play mobile games
- Proven track record of owning and growing successful live casual games
- Strong game design skills with deep understanding of player motivation, progression, game economy, and feature design
- Strong product thinking with ability to turn player insights and business goals into engaging game features
- Highly analytical and comfortable using data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
- Solid understanding of free-to-play monetization, LiveOps, retention, and UA fundamentals

You’ll be at the heart of a small, agile team, defining the product vision, shaping the creative direction, and driving the roadmap for a game with significant growth potential. We’re looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with excellent game design instincts. You understand what makes casual games engaging, know how to turn player insights into compelling features, and use data to continuously improve the player experience. From gameplay and progression to LiveOps and monetization, you’ll help shape every aspect of the game. Your role: Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap Design and evolve engaging gameplay, progression, LiveOps, and monetization features that improve player engagement and business performance Prioritize the roadmap based on player impact, business value, and development effort Analyze player behavior, market trends, and A/B test results to make data driven product decisions Lead and mentor a small team while fostering a strong product culture Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, Engineers, BI, and UA to deliver high quality features from concept to launch Balance the game economy and continuously optimize retention, engagement, and monetization KPIs Apply agile and lean development practices while identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving execution Stay on top of market trends, player expectations, and competitor games to identify new opportunities Partner closely with the Head of Studio to define product strategy and priorities Your profile: 5+ years of experience in Game Production, Product Management, or Game Design for free-to-play mobile games Proven track record of owning and growing successful live casual games Strong game design skills with a deep understanding of player motivation, progression, game economy, and feature design Strong product thinking with the ability to turn player insights and business goals into engaging game features Highly analytical and comfortable using data to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions Solid understanding of free-to-play monetization, LiveOps, retention, and UA fundamentals Strong leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Based within CET ±2 hours Benefits: SOFTGAMES offers a competitive package, including: Remote-first, your way — Work fully remote from wherever you do your best work, or drop into our modern Berlin office whenever you like.
