Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize digital learning experiences through effective content structure and organization
- Support design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
- Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement integrations and platform enhancements
- Partner with NIQ AI teams to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline content strategy and creation
- Contribute to ongoing platform administration, including content governance, setup, publishing, and QA tasks in the LXP and related systems

Responsibilities Learning Technology Innovation & Platform Operations Technical execution, optimization, and scalability of NIQ’s learning ecosystem. Support design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP). Design and optimize digital learning experiences through effective content structure and organization. Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement integrations, platform enhancements, and escalate technical troubleshooting. Partner with NIQ AI teams to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline content strategy & creation, governance processes, content personalization, and maintenance workflows Contribute to ongoing platform administration, including content governance, setup, publishing, QA tasks in the LXP and related systems to ensure quality and consistency. Contribute to support issue resolution, by troubleshooting SCORM/xAPI, learner access, and tracking issues to maintain a reliable learning experience. Maintain process documentation and use learner insights and performance data to continuously optimize learning platforms and global learning delivery. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Learning Technology, UX/Human-Centered Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field 3-6+ years of experience in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology within a global SaaS or technology-driven organization 3+ years experience administering or configuring learning platforms (LMSs/LXPs) Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical and learning concepts to diverse stakeholders Experience managing digital learning content, metadata, and content governance Experience translating complex product and technical concepts into scalable learning solutions Strong visual design judgment and application of UI/UX best practices, including usability, layout, and information hierarchy Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile, technology-enabled solutions Technical Skills HTML, CSS LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Workday, Skilljar, Docebo), including SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting and ongoing administration Systems integration and technical problem‑solving, including APIs Reporting and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI) Nice to have: JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Python Content Management Tools (e.g., Contentful, FreshDesk) UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe) Experience standing up new learning technologies, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
