PlacidWay seeks a Senior AI Automation & Integration Specialist to identify and automate manual processes across Content, Marketing, HR, Sales, Patient Services, Account Management, and Operations. You will design, build, test, and maintain automation workflows using AI to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in key business functions.

- Collaborate with department stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automation outcomes
- Monitor and optimize automation performance to sustain process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-driven automation workflows
- Strong background in process automation across multiple business functions
- Proficiency with AI tools and integration platforms for workflow development
- Experience testing and maintaining automation systems in production environments
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive adoption
- Track record of delivering measurable efficiency improvements through automation
