Grow qualified leads through outbound prospecting and demo scheduling
Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Organize product demonstrations for the sales team and manage CRM updates. Track appointments to ensure prospect attendance and maintain an active, qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and emails to generate leads
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
- Update and maintain CRM with prospect interactions and appointment details
- Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance at scheduled demos
- Collaborate with the sales team on lead progression and feedback
Requirements
- Native French language proficiency
- Experience in sales, SDR, or real estate is a plus
- Comfort with sales scripts and handling objections
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Stable internet connection for remote work
- Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
