Sales Development helps us identify new opportunities, expand our reach with existing clients, and create meaningful connections that set our sales teams up for success.</p> <p>As a Hospital Solutions Sales Development Representative, you will focus on driving demand for Doximity Hospital Solutions, our best-in-class clinician marketing suite. You’ll take ownership of researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers in physician and APP marketing across our book of business, and engaging them through multiple channels to introduce our marketing capabilities and value. </p> <p><strong><em>Location: This role is </em></strong><strong><em>Remote </em></strong><strong><em>in in the U.S.</em></strong></p> <h2><strong>How you’ll make an impact</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Prospect via phone, email, and social media into hospitals, health systems, and medical groups to drive new Hospital Solutions opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects</li> <li>Partner closely with the Hospital Solutions Sales Team members to create territory plans and land-and-expand strategies within target accounts</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert on Doximity Hospital Solutions and clearly articulate the platform’s value to physician and APP marketing stakeholders</li> <li>Qualify inbound interest and outbound-sourced opportunities, uncovering opportunity for marketing partnerships and mapping them to Hospital Solutions offerings</li> <li>Schedule and set high-quality discovery calls and product demos for the Hospital Solutions sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear documentation in Salesforce</li> <li>Leverage tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and internal product usage signals to prioritize outreach and manage your prospecting workflow</li> <li>Manage your daily activity and funnel metrics (calls, emails, social touches, meetings set, opportunities created) to drive data-informed decision-making</li> <li>Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generated</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>1 year of prior relevant experience required (sales development, business development, or similar client-facing role)</li> <li>Integrity, coachability, and a strong sense of urgency</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate Doximity Hospital Solutions’s value proposition to a range of stakeholders (marketing teams, service line leaders, physicians, and executives)</li> <li>Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts, contacts, and touchpoints across your territory</li> <li>Experience and success with cold-calling and outbound prospecting, with an understanding of what it’s like to work against a quota</li> <li>Someone with a growth mindset who wants to develop professionally and advance into a full-cycle sales role</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare, physician/APP marketing, or SaaS sales is a plus but not required</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2> <p>The anticipated total compensation for this role is $64,800 - $93,680, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.</p> <p>Our total compensation package may include:</p> <ul> <li>Base salary</li> <li>Equity (where applicable)</li> <li>Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)</li> </ul> <p>Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.</p> <h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2> <p>In addition to competitive compensation, Doximity offers a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees.
