You’ll be one of the first points of contact prospects have with our company, so strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine interest in helping customers solve problems are essential.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, learn how businesses evaluate and purchase solutions, and directly contribute to company growth.</p> <p><strong><em>Location: This role is: </em></strong><strong><em>Remote</em></strong><strong><em> in the U.S.</em></strong></p> <h2><strong>What We're Looking For&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>We're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Confidence communicating with new people by phone, email, and video.</li> <li>A proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly and communicate complex ideas clearly.</li> <li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.</li> <li>Coachability and a desire to continuously improve.</li> <li>Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain momentum.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Identify and research prospective customers within our target market.</li> <li>Qualify inbound leads and support requests&nbsp;</li> <li>Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to understand their challenges, priorities, and goals.</li> <li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads and determine whether there is a strong potential fit.</li> <li>Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities for New Business Sales Team</li> <li>Maintain accurate activity information in Salesforce&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively reach out to conference attendee lists to set up in person meetings for team attendees</li> <li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Previous experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles</li> <li>Previous Healthcare/ Healthcare Tech experience</li> <li>Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Definitive Healthcare, etc.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How Success will be Measured&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p>Success in this role will be measured through a combination of:</p> <ul> <li>Qualified meetings booked.</li> <li>Sales opportunities created.</li> <li>Pipeline generated.</li> <li>Overall Team Performance.</li> <li>Quality of opportunities passed to the sales team.</li> <li>Team Partnership and Execution&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2> <p>The anticipated total compensation for this role is <span data-sheets-root="1">$64,800 -$93,680,</span>&nbsp;depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.</p> <p>Our total compensation package may include:</p> <ul> <li>Base salary</li> <li>Equity (where applicable)</li> <li>Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)</li> </ul> <p>Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.</p> <h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2> <p>In addition to competitive compensation, Doximity offers a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees.
