Key Responsibilities
- Lead Applications Development Managers, Business Development Managers, and Regional Sales Managers in APAC
- Collaborate with Biopharma and Cell and Gene Therapy drug manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs
- Validate and specify CPC Biotech’s single-use connection technology, pumps, and sensors into customer processes
- Support and guide remotely based technical specialists in the ADM team
- Drive adoption of single-use biotech solutions across APAC customer workflows
Requirements
- Experience leading technical sales or applications teams in life sciences or biotech
- Background in Biopharma, Cell and Gene Therapy, or related industries
- Familiarity with single-use connection technology, pumps, or sensors in bioprocessing
- Ability to work with distributors and OEMs in the APAC region
- Experience managing remote technical teams across multiple functions
