Design end-to-end recruitment delivery model for blue-collar manufacturing clients

Why This Role?
Report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead a new volume recruitment function from the ground up
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end recruitment delivery model from client demand to worker mobilization
- Build and manage sourcing networks across vocational schools, training institutions, and regional vendors
- Establish high-throughput screening processes including onsite hiring events and batch interviewing
- Manage batch onboarding including contracts, BPJS registration, medical checks, and worker files
- Develop defensible recruiter productivity and cost-per-hire models for volume blue-collar hiring
- Co-design sourcing and screening flows with the worker platform team to align technology with operations
Requirements
- Proven experience running mass recruitment at scale for blue-collar or industrial hiring
- Experience designing end-to-end recruitment delivery models for volume delivery
- Background in building sourcing infrastructure across vocational schools and regional networks
- Experience managing regional candidate pipelines across industrial zones
- Knowledge of BPJS registration, medical checks, and compliance documentation for Indonesian workers
- Ability to establish productivity and cost-per-hire models for high-volume recruitment
