Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering digital, CRM, MarTech, website, or enterprise technology projects
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of various projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and team members. Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Provide direction and support to project team members. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and performance metrics. Requirements and Qualification Proficiency in project management software/tools. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, or related technology roles. Proven experience delivering digital, CRM, MarTech, website, or enterprise technology projects. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms. Preferred Candidates Experienced Project Managers with a track record of successfully delivering CRM, MarTech, website, personalization, or digital experience projects. Business Analysts seeking to transition into a Project Management role. Senior Developers, Technical Leads, or Solution Architects looking to move into Project Management and delivery leadership. Candidates with experience in agency, IT services, digital transformation, customer experience, or marketing technology projects will be highly advantageous. Eligibility Requirement This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme.
