Technical Lead
Lead backend development of a secure, scalable healthcare platform using .NET and Azure
As Technical Lead, you will lead a team of backend developers in building and maintaining a modular, service-oriented platform for a live healthcare platform. You will drive implementation of secure user access management, oversee integrations with external systems, and mentor developers while ensuring API performance and observability. Your work will directly impact the delivery of end-to-end features in a headless commerce architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and delivery of backend services using .NET Core and Azure
- Drive implementation of secure user access management including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
- Oversee integration and extension of OrderCloud APIs in a headless architecture
- Mentor junior or mid-level developers and conduct design or code reviews
- Design and document scalable backend workflows for pricing, subsidies, inventory, and fulfilment
- Drive API performance improvements and observability using Application Insights or Seq
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in C# or .NET backend development
- Experience as a team or tech lead
- Deep understanding of secure backend API development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Azure services, Web API, and REST API integrations
