Learn more about us on our Youtube Channel or Blog Posts About the Team The Lead Generation Team owns some of the most important products businesses use to build their digital presence and generate leads on HighLevel. Our product portfolio includes Funnels, Websites, AI Studio, Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, Domains, Media, QR Codes, Listings, SEO, Analytics, Tracking, and other lead-generation experiences. Millions of funnels, websites, forms, and other digital experiences are created using HighLevel. Our goal is to help agencies and businesses not only create these experiences but continuously improve their ability to attract visitors, capture leads, and drive conversions. Data plays a critical role in how we make product decisions. We are looking for a Product Analyst who can help us deeply understand customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, measure product outcomes, and enable Product Managers to make faster and better data-driven decisions. About the Role HighLevel is looking for a highly analytical and curious Product Analyst to join our Lead Generation Product team. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to understand how customers discover, adopt, and use our products and where opportunities exist to improve their experience. You will analyze the complete customer journey — from activation and feature adoption to engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization — and translate large amounts of product data into clear insights and recommendations. This is not just a reporting role. We expect you to proactively identify patterns, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help Product Managers determine what we should build, why we should build it, and whether what we shipped actually worked. Type: Full Time – Remote (India) Responsibilities Analyze product usage and customer behavior across Funnels, Websites, Forms, Surveys, Domains, SEO, Listings, and other LeadGen products to identify trends, friction points, and growth opportunities. Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics including activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give Product Managers and leadership clear visibility into product health and business outcomes. Perform funnel and journey analysis to understand where users drop off across onboarding, creation, publishing, lead capture, and other critical workflows. Conduct cohort, segmentation, and retention analysis to understand how behavior differs across customer segments, product usage patterns, and lifecycle stages. Partner with Product Managers to size opportunities, validate product hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and quantify potential customer and business impact. Measure feature launches before and after release to understand adoption, engagement, and impact, and recommend improvements based on the results. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define events, properties, tracking requirements, and instrumentation for new and existing features. Identify gaps or inconsistencies in product analytics and work with relevant teams to improve the quality and reliability of our tracking data. Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics, analyzing experiment results, and helping teams make statistically sound decisions. Combine quantitative product data with qualitative signals such as customer interviews, surveys, support tickets, and feedback to develop a complete understanding of customer problems. Perform deep-dive and root-cause analyses when important product or business metrics change unexpectedly. Proactively identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, product adoption, engagement, and retention across the LeadGen suite. Present complex analyses in simple, actionable narratives for Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and leadership. Develop a strong understanding of our customers, competitive landscape, and LeadGen ecosystem to provide context behind the numbers rather than reporting metrics in isolation. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Product Operations, or a related role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business or product questions into structured analysis. Experience with product analytics or BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of product metrics such as activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, churn, and monetization. Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and user journey analysis. Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting. Ability to create clear dashboards and communicate insights through effective data visualization. Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate complex findings in simple business terms and turn analysis into actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity. Nice to Have Experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests and product experiments. Understanding of event-based product analytics, instrumentation, tracking plans, and event taxonomy. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, attribution, or web analytics. Understanding of websites, funnels, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or lead-generation products. Experience working in B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, website builders, or high-growth technology companies. Familiarity with APIs and an ability to understand how data flows between systems. Preferred Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Curiosity to go beyond what happened and understand why it happened. Ability to independently investigate ambiguous problems. Strong product and customer thinking, not just data analysis skills. Ability to prioritize across multiple analyses and product areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable challenging assumptions using data. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, remote environment. Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence decisions without authority. What Success Looks Like A successful Product Analyst in the Lead Generation team will help us move from “we think this is happening” to “the data tells us why this is happening and what we should do next.” Your work will directly influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, experimentation, and investment decisions across HighLevel's Lead Generation portfolio.
