Key Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions for Twilio products aligned with customer business needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand enterprise requirements and use cases

- Provide product expertise and guidance on Twilio's communication APIs and capabilities

Requirements
- Experience with cloud communications platforms and APIs

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and customer engagement methodologies
