Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure Gremlin's platform meets customer needs, contributing to the industry's leading Chaos Engineering and reliability testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales engineers to understand customer requirements and design tailored reliability strategies.
- Implement and demonstrate Gremlin's platform capabilities to prospective clients, showcasing its value in mitigating system risks.
- Post-sales, work with clients to configure and optimize their reliability practices, ensuring successful platform adoption.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions, helping the team stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre/post-sales or solutions architect role, ideally within DevOps, SRE, or reliability engineering.
- Strong understanding of Chaos Engineering principles and reliability testing methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
