- Pendidikan S1 Perencanaan Wilayah Kota, Arsitektur, atau Sipil
- Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Site Planner atau posisi sejenis
- Menguasai CAD, GIS, dan Microsoft Project
