Collaborate with global People team to implement and refine talent practices

Requirements

Experience in HR or People Operations, ideally within tech or fast-growing startups
Strong understanding of APAC and Japanese labor laws and cultural nuances
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and drive strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust across diverse teams
Experience with HR tech tools and data analysis
