Support GRC initiatives to strengthen Figma's compliance and risk posture
The Governance Risk and Compliance role at Figma involves supporting the GRC team in maintaining and improving compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and audit readiness. This includes contributing to internal controls, policy adherence, and regulatory alignment across Figma's global operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating compliance frameworks and internal controls
- Support risk assessment processes across Figma's product and operations
- Help prepare for audits by gathering evidence and documenting compliance efforts
- Contribute to policy implementation and adherence across global teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Requirements
- Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR
- Ability to support audit preparation and evidence collection
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment
