Partner Success Manager
Support partner onboarding and growth within the Solana ecosystem
As a Partner Success Manager at the Solana Foundation, you will support the onboarding, engagement, and growth of partners within the Solana ecosystem. Your work will focus on helping partners succeed by providing guidance, resources, resources, and strategic guidance to advance the adoption and decentralization of the Solana network. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive ecosystem development.

- Onboard new partners into the Solana ecosystem with tailored support and resources
- Engage existing partners to drive adoption and utilization of Solana technology

- Track and report on partner progress and ecosystem impact
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs
Requirements
- Experience in partner management, ecosystem development, or community engagement
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Solana network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment
- Experience with relationship building and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or Web3 space
