Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow distributor and partner revenue within the APAC region
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive partner-led pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand ServiceNow's market coverage in APAC
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to increase market share
- Provide regular reporting and forecasting on partner sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner sales management, ideally within the APAC region
- Strong understanding of the IT services and software industry, particularly ecosystem partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Fluency in English
