Who We're Looking For Business Purpose Lending experience is required Strong, demonstrated DSCR lending experience Existing book of business and established investor relationships Proven direct-to-consumer origination experience Demonstrated production and closing history Deep understanding of real estate investors and investment-property financing Fix & Flip, Bridge and Ground-Up Construction experience is highly valued Relationship-driven professionals who know how to develop, convert and retain business. Own and grow your book of business within the Business Purpose Lending (BPL) space Serve as a strategic partner to real estate investors and broker partners structuring deals and helping clients scale Drive originations across our suite of investment-focused loan products Leverage proprietary technology and AI tools to qualify, structure, and close deals efficiently Partner with an elite operations team to move loans seamlessly through underwriting and closing Capitalize on full access to company-supplied leads in addition to your own book maximizing deal flow and earning potential Consistently exceed production targets and play a key role in company growth What We're Looking For Experience: 0 to 2 years in Business Purpose Lending (BPL) or investment property lending
