The Role Your role As an Intern at Kyndryl, your journey will start with immersive learning programs focused on building a core set of business and technical skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our clients. While gaining exposure to day-to-day operations, the skills that you'll learn will be required for the development of cutting-edge products and services for our clients. We will support you in kickstarting your career by offering mentorship, shadowing, and skill specialization opportunities during the experience. What you will do • Contribute to problem‑solving by analyzing information from multiple sources, identifying patterns or risks, and proposing practical, well‑reasoned next steps • Support solution delivery by assisting with building, troubleshooting, and validating changes in tools/systems (e.g., integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, or configurations) under guidance • Collaborate with teammates across functions (and potentially across regions) to coordinate handoffs, meet shared deadlines, and deliver on team commitments • Communicate progress in a clear, organized way by raising blockers early, incorporating feedback, and adjusting work based on stakeholder needs and timelines • Demonstrate professionalism by following established processes, quality standards, and workplace norms (punctuality, responsiveness, and accountability for deliverables) • Work ethically and responsibly with technology and data, complying with security, confidentiality, and policy requirements while using digital tools to improve efficiency Who You Are Required skills and experience • Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution, or recently completed a qualification • Ability to apply basic analytical and critical thinking skills to assess information, identify patterns or issues, and propose practical, well-reasoned solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document work, share updates, and ask clarifying questions when needed • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment • Ability to follow structured processes, tools, and guidelines while delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs • Basic proficiency with common digital tools and technologies (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, or relevant technical tools), with willingness to learn new systems • Demonstrated learning agility and growth mindset, including willingness to seek feedback, learn from experience, and continuously build skills in a professional environment Being You The "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
