Partner with engineering leaders to design enterprise AI adoption strategies
Act as a peer to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders to navigate the evolving AI landscape. Partner with Field Engineers to design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies, framing problems without hands-on implementation. Serve as the voice of the customer externally, feeding high-level insights and challenges back into Cursor's internal product and go-to-market teams.

- Lead architectural conversations around evaluating Cursor at a systems level
- Tailor technical narratives to different customer technology stacks
Requirements
- Prior experience as an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader
- Deep understanding of modern engineering organization structures
- Knowledge of developer productivity challenges and AI/LLM tooling
- Exceptional external-facing executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business and organizational impact
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, flat organizational settings
