Management Associate (Technical)

Responsible for supporting managers and undertaking delegated responsibilities and duties with the objective of developing the skills and competencies required to independently perform the role of a Management Executive. This role offers extensive learning opportunities through involvement in cutting-edge projects, including automation initiatives , infrastructure development, electric vehicle (EV) solutions , solar energy systems , and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) , providing valuable exposure to emerging technologies and sustainable business solutions. Job Description Attend compulsory on-the-job training in different operational and supporting functions – packaging, warehousing, technical/maintenance, customer service and health, safety, quality & environment to gain different perspectives of the job. Gain hands-on experience in managing improvement / innovation / automation projects to enhance operational efficiencies and reduces the reliance on manual work. Acquire planning, organising and other related soft skillsets interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Assist department head to plan and direct the work of the department. Job Requirements Minimum a good Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, with less than three years of post-graduation work experience. Incumbent will not only be trained / exposed in Singapore but must be opened to be deployed to other parts of the world where Katoen Natie has its presence.
