Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics providers
- Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and proactively flag delays or exceptions
- Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while maintaining accurate movement records
- Enter customer orders and maintain order information in the Order Management and ERP systems
- Receive, review, process, and report on product quality claims and shipment-related discrepancies
Requirements
- Strong professional written communication skills
- Experience with B2B logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Ability to work with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers
- Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading and commercial invoices
- Experience coordinating with Spanish-speaking customers or teams
