Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy. Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and corporate representatives. Prepare matters for mediation, settlement discussions, and trial when necessary. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case strategy and status updates. Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support staff to develop effective case strategies. Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines and delivering high-quality work product. Job Requirements: Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required. 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably within plaintiff labor and employment. Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Comfortable managing cases with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team. Experience with Clio and Microsoft OneDrive is preferred. Detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to producing high-quality legal work. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative practice. While this is a fully remote position and candidates may reside outside of Arizona, applicants must be licensed to practice in Arizona. Candidates located in Arizona are strongly preferred.
