Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for EPD roles across multiple levels and new hire types
- Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards and calibrate on candidate standards

- Track pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions

- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles
- Experience at a fast-growing SaaS startup during significant scaling periods
- Proven ability to build sourcing strategies from scratch for passive technical talent
- Track record of closing EPD candidates and assessing top talent differentiation
- Fluency in Ashby and Juicebox or comparable recruiting tools

You'll own searches end to end, from sourcing strategy through close, and partner closely with hiring managers to make sure every hire raises the bar. This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of their pipeline, brings a strong point of view on what great candidates look like, and wants to do the most meaningful work of their career at a $1.3B company with real momentum. 🛠️ What You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruitment for EPD roles across a range of levels, including some Scribe hasn't hired for before - Partner closely with hiring managers to build role scorecards, calibrate on what "great" looks like, and keep pipelines moving - Build and run multi-channel sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive talent analysis to develop strong passive pipelines - Track your own pipeline data and flag bottlenecks early — with recommendations, not just status updates - Sell candidates on the full picture: our product, the upside of joining now, and where things are headed as our roadmap and AI capabilities evolve - Communicate fast and proactively with hiring teams and candidates — you flag what's changing before someone has to ask 🔍 What We're Looking For - 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles - Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup, ideally through a period of significant headcount or revenue scaling - Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed strong passive technical talent - Closed EPD candidates and can speak to how you assess and differentiate top talent - Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and uses data to drive decisions - Curious about AI – you use it in your own workflow and can talk credibly to candidates about where the product and the market are headed ✨ Nice to Have - Seen scale through a Series B or C tech company - Familiarity with recruiting for AI or developer-focused products 📍 Location Hybrid. Based in San Francisco. We work from the office 3 days per week. 💰 Compensation All full-time employees receive equity in Scribe.
