Consistently achieve QA accuracy targets (95–98%+ or higher). Complete assigned QA reviews within agreed SLAs. Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements. Become proficient in CUBE's QA processes and regulatory data standards. Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual validation tasks. Contribute to improving QA documentation and checklists. Demonstrate strong collaboration across multiple Data Quality teams.   •  5-6 years of experience and lead the planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives to meet project and organizational goals. •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies and prioritize tasks effectively. •  Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement. •  Establish and enforce QA standards and processes to ensure data quality and compliance. •  Manage resource allocation, ensuring timely task delivery and high-quality outputs. •  Coordinate with data governance teams to implement automated data quality checks. •  Develop and report key QA metrics, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. •  Identify and mitigate quality risks to address potential data inconsistencies and compliance issues. •  Work closely with wider teams in Sri Lanka and India.
