To keep this pace, we're looking for a Junior HR Specialist who will support the full people experience — from onboarding to performance, development, and engagement — and grow into owning it.   WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Helping deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners - Supporting the performance review cycle — deadlines, reminders, data collection - Helping structure and document People Management processes - Coordinating L&D activities and tracking learning outcomes - Assisting team leads with talent development and career growth initiatives - Supporting Employer Branding initiatives and engagement activities to keep motivation high across the company WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 1+ year of experience in HR or hands-on experience in recruitment - A genuine interest in building a career in HR, end-to-end - Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting - Ownership mindset and a high level of responsibility - A structured, detail-oriented approach — you like things organised and chaos-free - Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment - English level B2 or higher BONUS POINTS - Recruitment background and a desire to transition fully into HR - A positive attitude and the ability to energise people around you - Strong results orientation and bias to action - Awareness of global HR trends and best practices - Continuous learning mindset - Ability to give and receive constructive feedback WHY SOLIDGATE? - High impact: you’re not inheriting, you’re creating - Career-defining growth: Solidgate is scaling, and you’ll scale with it - A-players only: work with people who raise the bar every day - Global reach: 250+ people, 200+ clients, 1 mission Tomorrow’s fintech needs your mindset.
