- Own the full sales cycle in the UK and Ireland from first conversation to onboarded talent
- Ask second and third-level questions to uncover where, why, and how fast a company is hiring
- Equip HR champions with arguments that Finance, Legal, and leadership care about
- Create urgency, negotiate with confidence, and keep deals moving
- Build pipeline by collaborating with BDRs to pursue major opportunities in the territory
Requirements
- BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or another target-driven, customer-facing role
- Self-driven with fast learning ability and strong numerical awareness
- Experience leading conversations to uncover customer needs
