Investigations Specialist
Investigate suspicious blockchain transactions to protect user funds
As an Investigations Specialist at Binance, you will analyze blockchain transactions to identify and investigate suspicious activities related to fraud, money laundering, or security threats. Your work will directly contribute to protecting user funds and maintaining the integrity of the platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to produce actionable insights and reports based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze blockchain transactions for signs of illicit activity such as fraud or money laundering
- Investigate suspicious wallet addresses and transaction patterns using on-chain data
- Prepare detailed reports and evidence packages for internal security and compliance teams
- Collaborate with legal and risk teams to support escalation and mitigation efforts
- Monitor emerging threats in the crypto space and update detection methodologies
- Assist in responding to law enforcement requests for information within legal frameworks
Requirements
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency transactions
- Experience with blockchain explorers and on-chain analytics tools
- Ability to trace and interpret complex transaction flows across multiple wallets
- Familiarity with AML/KYC principles in the context of digital assets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English for reporting and communication
