Responsibilities : · Interpret through web-based VRI system · Answering inbound calls in a timely manner · Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary) · Provide superior customer service Qualifications/Experience : · Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements · Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct · Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment · Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language · Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses · Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred) · Experience with VRI systems(preferred) · PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred) · Previous interpreting experience (preferred) VRI Technical Requirements : PC Mi
