Develop internal audit plans to assess financial and operational controls
As an Internal Audit Manager at Reolink, you will develop and execute internal audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of financial and operational controls. Your work will focus on assessing risk management, compliance, and process efficiency across global operations. You will report findings and recommend improvements to strengthen governance and support Reolink’s expansion in intelligent visual technology markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop risk-based internal audit plans aligned with Reolink’s global operations
- Execute audits to assess financial controls, operational processes, and compliance
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to enhance risk management
- Prepare clear audit reports with findings and actionable insights for management
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation progress
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams across international locations
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, or financial controls
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards and compliance frameworks
- Ability to conduct audits across multinational operations and remote teams
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills to communicate findings clearly
- Experience working in technology, manufacturing, or global business environments
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and tools for evaluating process efficiency
