Key Responsibilities
- Memimpin rekrutmen, SDM, dan hubungan industrial
- Membangun sistem HR yang scalable dan manajemen tenaga kerja
- Mengelola KPI dan kepatuhan hukum ketenagakerjaan
- Mengelola administrasi karyawan, termasuk data personalia dan kontrak kerja
- Memastikan data karyawan, absensi, dan cuti tercatat dengan akurat
- Membantu proses penggajian (payroll) dan administrasi BPJS
Requirements
- Lulusan S1 Jurusan Psikologi
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Managerial di Developer/Properti
- Terbiasa menangani lebih dari 100 karyawan dan konflik lapangan
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel dan Word
