Founding Product Designer (UX/UI) We're building Noise, an AI-first operating system for communication. Today's work is fragmented across email, messaging platforms, meetings, calendars, tasks, notes, and AI tools. We're building a unified experience that helps people understand what matters, what requires action, and what should happen next. We're looking for a Founding Product Designer to help shape the product from the ground up. The Challenge This is not a traditional design role. The challenge is designing an experience that can unify: • Email • Messaging • AI assistants • Meetings • Calendars • Tasks • Knowledge • Workflow automation Into a single product without overwhelming the user. The UX is the product. What You'll Do • Define product architecture and user journeys • Design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes • Help shape AI interaction patterns • Create desktop and mobile experiences • Build and evolve the design system • Work directly with the founder and engineering team Ideal Background Experience designing: • Productivity software • SaaS platforms • AI products • Communication tools • Workflow software Products we admire include Linear, Notion, Superhuman, Arc, Raycast, Airtable, and Akiflow.
