Original description from Ashby Job Boards

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.” Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here. The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation. About the role We're hiring a hands-on Head of Performance Creative to own the creative engine behind our paid growth. On Meta today, creative is the targeting: the platform decides who sees an ad by reading the ad itself, and the accounts that win are the ones feeding it the most distinct, customer-true concepts. You will be the person who makes that happen. This is not a brand or content-calendar role, and it is not an agency-management role. You will listen to customer and sales calls, pull out the pains and the words clinics use, turn them into concepts, produce the ads yourself with AI tools and a small bench of creators, read what the account tells you, and feed the next round. Much of our analysis and reporting is already automated. Your job is the judgment, the customer insight and the output that automation cannot produce. You'll report to the VP of Growth Operations and work directly with Sales, RevOps and Product. You'll own the creative pipeline for our paid accounts end to end, with a clear path to building a team as the engine proves out. The number you own is qualified pipeline per dollar of creative spend, not clicks and not raw leads. What you'll do - Mine customer insight. Live in our customer and sales call recordings, support tickets and onboarding notes. Keep a current map of pains, objections and proof points by buyer: practice owner, clinic director, front desk, biller. Keep a library of verbatim quotes we are cleared to use. - Own creative strategy. Turn that insight into a steady stream of structurally distinct concepts, each with a new angle, buyer or format, not a headline swap. Give each a hypothesis and a kill metric. Run a modular testing system underneath: once a concept wins, swap hooks, openers, calls to action and formats to find its ceiling. Decide what enters testing each week and what graduates to scaling. - Make the ads. Produce statics and short video yourself with AI generation, editing and voice tools. Start from what we already have: hours of customer and sales calls, customer testimonial recordings, founder clips and product captures. Write the hooks and the scripts, cut the footage or brief an editor, and ship finished ads, not briefs. Target in the first 90 days: six or more new concepts into testing every week. - Build the creator bench. Recruit, brief and direct clinicians, practice owners and UGC creators for testimonial and founder-style content. Own consent, releases and claims compliance for everything that runs. - Launch and QA your own ads. Build and launch inside Meta Ads Manager: naming conventions, primary text, headlines, placements, UTMs. Check every placement render before it goes live. A test that launches with a broken link or the wrong form is a wasted week. - Read the data yourself. Work in the ad account and our dashboard without an analyst: hook rate, hold rate, cost per qualified lead by concept and audience, cohort reads that account for a multi-week sales cycle. Separate creative effects from audience effects. Kill fast. - Build with AI as a system. Prompt libraries, generation pipelines, agents that score tests and surface quotes. Improve the workflows we already run and build the ones we don't have. Catch what the AI gets wrong before it ships. - Extend beyond Meta. Carry the message past the click. Keep ad copy, landing pages, forms and the first SDR touch telling the same story, and work with Sales and RevOps when they drift. Repurpose winning concepts into LinkedIn, YouTube and Google as those channels open. What you have - 5+ years in performance creative or creative strategy for paid social, with a portfolio of ads you made and concepts that scaled to meaningful spend. - Hands-on creative and ad-account experience across major paid channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok. You know how each platform works in practice: account structure, launch mechanics, testing cadence, creative formats, optimization signals, and what a winning concept looks like on each. - You've made the content yourself: scripts, statics, short video that drove direct-response results. Briefing others is not enough. - Working SQL. You can pull your own lead-level and creative-level data, join ad results to CRM outcomes, and read an ad account without an analyst. You're comfortable when results land weeks later and samples are small. - Daily, systematic use of AI across research, writing, image and video. You can show the workflows and say what you tried and dropped. - A customer-insight habit. You'd rather listen to a call than read a persona document. - You've run a high-volume creative pipeline: footage libraries, creator briefs, editing queues, launch checklists. Nothing slips because you lost track of it. - You've worked directly with customers or creators to make content, and you can direct someone on camera. - A bias toward shipping. When something doesn't exist, you make it. Nice to have - Built and run a creator or UGC pool: recruiting, briefing, rates, releases. - B2B SaaS, healthcare, or selling to small businesses and clinics. - Python or a notebook habit for analysis beyond SQL. Who you are - A storyteller who understands buyers. You know how to stop a clinic owner mid-scroll, name the pain they have at 7 p.m. with notes still open, and make a complex product feel obvious in eight seconds. - Volume-minded. You know winning on Meta comes from constant iteration and many distinct bets, not one perfect ad. - Detail-obsessed. Copy formatting, UTMs, upload settings, claims, releases. You catch it before it ships. - Proactive. You don't wait for footage. You pull the customer call from last week, write the script, cut it and launch it. How to apply Send a portfolio of five ads you made, with results and what you learned from each, and a short description of one AI workflow you run every week.
