Key Responsibilities
- Mengelola komunikasi antara guru, orang tua, dan siswa untuk memantau kualitas pengajaran
- Mengadakan acara komunikasi dengan orang tua seperti orientasi kursus dan konferensi guru-ortu
- Melakukan observasi kelas untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dan memberikan umpan balik kepada guru
- Mengelola laporan bulanan dan memastikan retensi siswa melalui penjualan
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan
Requirements
- Lulusan universitas dengan gelar Diplomate/Bachelor dalam bidang terkait
- Pengalaman 1 tahun dalam bidang marketing, sales, pelayanan, konsultasi, atau pendidikan
- Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik
- Kemampuan multitasking dan organisasi yang baik
