WHAT YOU’LL DO - Implement net-new functionality into the core Analytics platform to drive strategic company priorities. - Maintain and optimize existing Analytics products, ensuring high availability, performance, and UI responsiveness. - Partner daily with Data Experience engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and members of the Data Platform team to take features from ideation to production. - Write robust automated tests, contribute to code reviews, and help raise the technical baseline across the codebase. - Work fluently with agentic coding assistants and modern AI developer tools to ship features faster and improve developer ergonomics. YOU SHOULD HAVE - 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade TypeScript and React applications. - 1+ years of hands-on experience building data-rich applications or dashboards where performance, UI responsiveness, and state management matter. - Experience with Duckdb, a plus - Proven track record of delivering clean, maintainable code backed by high levels of automated test coverage. - Comfort and proficiency using AI-assisted/agentic coding tools in your daily development workflow. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a remote, distributed environment. This is an independent contractor engagement in Argentina. Deel will serve as Contractor of Record and will contract with and pay the independent contractor. Through this arrangement, Deel is hiring an independent contractor to provide services to the Data Experience team at Greenhouse. The Data Experience team is critical to delivering net-new functionality to our Analytics platform, supporting our existing suite of products, and elevating the overall technical quality of our application stack. This role will support the development and maintenance of the Company’s web-based applications as part of an approximately 12-month engagement. In this role, you will focus on high-quality feature execution and technical reliability across the application stack for the Company This is a collaborative, execution-focused, non-exclusive engagement. Services will include design, development, and delivery of platform infrastructure as scoped with the Data Experience team. CONTRACT & LOCATION DETAILS - Contract duration: Approximately 12 months, with potential for extension based on business needs - Engagement type: A non-exclusive contract role engaged through a Contractor of Record (COR) via Deel in Argentina - Location: Argentina (remote) - Working model: Collaboration with a distributed, US & Canada-based team, with reasonable availability for coordination during core Greenhouse working hours
