Build and maintain scalable platform infrastructure for AI voice products
As a Full-Stack Engineer on the Platform Engineering team at ElevenLabs, you will build and maintain scalable infrastructure supporting AI voice products. The role involves working across systems to ensure reliability, performance, and developer experience for internal and external platforms. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust backend services and tooling that power ElevenLabs’ voice AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for platform functionality
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions for AI voice products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and system reliability
- Build internal tooling and platforms that support product development and deployment
- Ensure performance, security, and observability of platform services
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in full-stack development with strong backend engineering skills
- Experience building scalable systems and infrastructure for production applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams
