Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate and succession planning documents Structure estate tax planning strategies including revocable and irrevocable trusts, SLATs, and GRATs Advise clients directly on legal and tax issues tied to estate planning and administration Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate risk across client matters Support fiduciary duty, estate and trust, and family-related disputes Prepare inheritance tax returns and federal estate and gift tax returns Looking for: Pennsylvania Bar Admission Recent estate planning experience Interested in hearing more?
