WHY HARVEY At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. ROLE OVERVIEW The Enterprise Account Executive joins Harvey's Sales team to drive commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand, with a primary focus on owning and expanding a portfolio of Enterprise law firm accounts. This role sits within a high-performing regional sales organisation whose mission is to establish Harvey as the essential AI platform for legal professionals across ANZ. The person in this seat will own the full sales cycle; from prospecting through commercial negotiation, onboarding, and expansion, shaping how leading law firms adopt and scale AI-powered solutions. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, legal engineering, solutions architecture, and customer success to deliver tailored outcomes for sophisticated legal buyers. It is a compelling opportunity to define how a category-creating AI product reaches the law firm market in one of its fastest-growing regions. What You'll Do - Own and grow a portfolio of named law firm accounts across ANZ, driving full-funnel sales activity from prospecting through to commercial negotiation, onboarding, and expansion. - Develop deep, long-term relationships with managing partners, innovation leaders, general counsel, and other key stakeholders across target firms. - Lead high-impact product demonstrations and client meetings that clearly articulate Harvey's business value and technical capabilities to legal audiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal engineering, solutions architecture, and customer success to inform roadmap priorities and surface client needs. - Deliver against sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth and performance excellence across the ANZ law firm market. - Document learnings, iterate on messaging, and help build scalable processes that accelerate regional growth and strengthen Harvey's position with law firms. What You Have - Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably (but not essential) with exposure to AI, legaltech, or vertical software. - Track record of success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, ideally within law firms or the broader legal industry. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences, including senior legal professionals. - Interest in the legal industry and a commitment to enhancing knowledge work through technology. - Familiarity with enterprise sales practices in the ANZ region; self-motivated and results-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally. What We Offer - Be part of building something special as a member of our Sydney team. - Structured hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in our Sydney office, 2 days working from home. - Opportunities to work on cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, with a focus on scaling sales strategy and driving revenue growth.
